Shipping

Our products are made to order here in our home workrooms in Nottingham, therefore, please be aware that we do not generally offer a collection service except in exceptional circumstances.

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, but if you require items urgently, or have a specific deadline (for gifts or events), please get in touch (email to sales@kittyfisher.co.uk is preferred, but do phone if this is not possible) and we will do our best to help. It would help us if you let us know as soon as you place your order when you might need it by.

Normal delivery to the UK is by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service for all listed products.

Delivery is free for normal delivery orders to the UK over £50.

Special Delivery in the UK (Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm), if possible, will be charged at cost as appropriate and we will send you an invoice accordingly.

Overseas deliveries are sent using the International Tracked service and are charged at a flat rate of £9.99 to Europe, and £19.99 to the rest of the world. 

Please be aware of customs delays for overseas items. If we have emailed you a tracking number, you can check your order status online.

For US customers, please note that due to the changes last August to US customs taxes, as a small business, we have unfortunately had to make the decision that we need to pass on any customs fees to the customer and we will send you an invoice accordingly. Please get in touch if you would like an estimate of the potential customs fees before ordering, stating which items you would like, and we will do our best to calculate the costs.

Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly refund you for the full amount, including postage.

Please note, all silk nightwear and lingerie are non-returnable.

We recommend that you return any products with tracked delivery (which includes insurance) as we are not responsible for the items if they are lost in the post. Please note that we are unable to refund return postage costs.
