These handkerchiefs were presented as gifts to her guests by Queen Elizabeth II at a banquet on the Royal Yacht Britannia during a state visit to the USA in 1991.
This embroidered Nottingham Lace handkerchief is made with soft white cotton tulle with a leaf and flower design surrounding a cotton centre.
